Bismillaah was-salaatu was-salaamu ‘alaa rasoolillaah wa ‘alaa aalihi wa ashaabihi ajma’een.

Firstly, listed out below are some of the major heads whose deviance affected salafi da’wah greatly. Due to the great danger of their fitnah, many ‘ulemaa have strongly refuted them (including those who praised/recommended them earlier), yet it is found that many continue to defend and promote them as “Salafi mashayikh”. Alhamdulillaah, we are well aware that it is established with the Ahlus Sunnah that the ones who promotes/accompanies the deviants/innovators, are from amongst them.

Note: Of course, there are many more scholars who have spoken about the ones mentioned below and I’ve not searched and provided all of their speech. Further, this is in no way intended to engage  ourselves in refutations, rather these warnings/refutations by the ahlul-’ilm clarify to us what is correct and what is incorrect and hence aid us strengthen our ‘aqeedah and to tighten our sources (i.e. to restrict it and not leave it loose/open).
